We have been lucky to have Miss Jeanne in the showroom and hate to see her go as she will be retiring in April but she's ready to train her predecessor and keep our office running smoothly. Office Assistant
If you love talking to people, digital organization, and keeping projects on track — this role is for you.
This is NOT a “just answer the phone” position. We need someone who thinks in workflows, loves clean data, and can confidently manage software systems.
🚀 What You’ll Do
Manage scheduling for installations and client appointments
Track projects from deposit to final payment
Maintain organized digital files and client records
Send invoices and assist with billing
Communicate with clients, vendors, and installers
Monitor emails and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Improve and build internal systems as we grow
💻 Must Be Comfortable With:
Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas preferred)
Cloud-based file systems (Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
Learning new software quickly
CRM or project tracking systems
Bonus if you’ve used:
QuickBooks
Scheduling software
Construction/remodeling systems
