In September, our team rebuilt this charming entrance. Initially, the customer prioritized cost-effectiveness, but upon completing the deck reconstruction within budget, they decided to upgrade to Mahogany handrails with PVC post sleeves, harmonizing with the Mahogany decking. Ultimately, this pleased customer expressed interest in renovating their additional deck.

The client requested a custom birch shelf system to match the existing one on the right. However, due to the presence of a basement window in the center, I designed the most practical alternative. We also lined the ceiling with 1x8 beadboard .This is for his photography business, so the shelves are lined with carpet. The customer was thrilled with the end result.

This is another great example of our team keeping history alive in the historical district. This garage received a large cosmetic restoration to the exterior, addressing rot issues and replacing clapboard. It also underwent a full exterior paint job with new colors on all doors.
