Here’s the finished steamer trunk. This is definitely a very unique one. Was cool to find the 1880 year on a couple of pieces of the hardware. New leather side and lid handles I’m glad Soni is giving it a new home and it has someone who will appreciate it

Started deconstructing this big boy yesterday. That’s a lot of pieces, but I was thinking about a few years back when I first started this adventure. Trash’s Treasures started with a steamer trunk toy box for AJ. Back then all these pieces worried me a bit Now I’ve done so many I don’t think about I just march forward! Stay tuned because i really am excited to see what this fancy piece of history will look like soon
