We are proud to have been a part of the major redevelopment of the former Eastfield Mall into the new Springfield Crossing shopping center. Our team handled a significant portion of the painting across the site; including the exterior painting for Sketchers, PetSmart, La-Z-Boy Chase Bank, Hobby Lobby, and the adjacent multi-tenant building next to Chipotle. Inside, we completed full interior painting for PetSmart, Carter’s, Skechers, and Hobby Lobby... The painting kicked off in June 2025 and wrapped up in December 2025. This project required extensive schedule coordination, night-shift flexibility, and seamless collaboration with multiple trades throughout the construction phases. From lift rentals, punctual timing, schedule management, material mobilization, our crew managed every step to keep production efficient.

We’re extremely proud to say that every phase of our work remained on-time and on-budget. It was a privilege to work with the best construction managers from Seppala Construction.

This past summer in Longmeadow, MA we painted at 2 schools... Wolfswamp Elementary and Blueberry Hill Elementary. Scope of Work consisted of removing old wallpaper in the hallways, major repair-work, and painting in the hallways and stairwells; Exterior prepping and painting of all the wood trim on both schools.

Exterior residential painting completed this summer in the Forest Park neighborhood of Springfield, MA. This tutor style home was thoroughly prepped, scraped, caulked, primed carpentry repairs made, and painted to restore its original character and color.

This summer we had the privilege of painting all of the exterior trim at the Dr. Suess Museum in Springfield, MA. The scope included painting the dentil-work, eves, columns, window frames, Dormers, window sashes and shutters... Grateful for The Springfield Preservation Trust and the work you do to protect the history and character of our community. We’re grateful to Springfield Museums for trusting Willard and Ward Pro Painting with this project. It’s an honor to help preserve the historic spaces that educate and serve our community.

It was a great honor to Paint the Kilroy house, at the Springfield Museums in Springfield MA this past summer. The latest existing coating on the eves, brackets and fascia's, and frieze boards, were with latex painted over the original, oil-based coating... In order to fix this issue, we scaped and sanded off all of the existing latex paint, Applied a full oil-based primer, and applied 2 finish coats of 2 separate colors; coordinated as the brackets and frieze boards as Black and the Soffits and Fascia's as Red.

Exterior Painting in Springfield, MA last Summer. Lost of scraping, carpentry, priming, caulking and Paint. Great color choices by the homeowner.

Exterior house staining in Hadley, MA this past summer. All trim and siding were sanded and cleaned, then 2 -3 coat of stain were applied to the whole house. We got to use Sherwin Williams, "WoodScapes, Rain Refresh"; a top of the line, one of a kind, self-cleaning house stain... Stays cleaner, longer, resistant to the build-up of dirt, mildew, mold, and easily rinses clean with rain or hose water.

This one of a kind large home in Amherst, MA... Cleaned, scraped, repaired primed and painted the entire exterior of the home and garage, utilizing our 60' extension later to reach the peaks; for our historic home re-paint projects, we brush and roll all primer and paint applications... No sprayers.

This Summer, an exterior house painting project in Longmeadow, MA...Fun fact about this one; 'Google Street View' actually caught us prepping the house in June (shown in the last photo if viewing on Facebook).

We did full surface preparation and soft-washed, minor wood damage was repaired, and repainted of the home’s trim and siding.
