Here are some great tips to save you money!1Close your drapes. This will help keep the cold out and reduce your heating bill!
2.Replace old showerheads. They pour out 5 1/2 gallons of water per minute! Install a newer shower head that only pours out 1.5 galons of water per minute!
3. Deep clean your dryer. Always empty lint from dryer screen, after each wash. Twice a year, use a bendable dryer vent brush, run it down through the inside of the lint trap, and vacuum out any leftover lint. Also, vacuum out the dryer duct. This helps to prevent fires!
4. Put in Smart Sensors in your home. The low temperature and leak sensors send your Smart Phone an alert before pipes freeze and small leaks become big problems.
