Recent repair on a Edwards Townhouse that replaced all their plumbing lines thruout the home.
27 Drywall patches, texture, primer& Paint.
Also repaired 2 large cracks on large living room walls.
( sorry no final photos of those 2 but they came out very nice)

I’m on a massive drywall repair job.
27 cut outs that the plumbers did to replace all the polybutylene in a townhouse, holy Swiss cheese was my 1st thought. Owners live and work in the house so I can’t just leave protection up during the whole job and must clean up as I go, it’s going to be a long 2 weeks as I will be doing all phases of repair and painting.
The good part is they are really nice folks that I’ve do work for in the past. Just a few photos for reference.

Variety is why I like what I do.
1 day you’re painting, repairing drywall, diagnosing leaks & their severity, installing electrical fixtures.
Some of the specialty tools I have surprise my customers and other tradesmen.
I guess that’s 1 reason I’m never looking for work, my group of loyal customers always seam to have their Randy list of things that need to be done, & for that I’m very greatful.

Drywall repairs, texture & paint seam to be what I do the most of.
Brings me back to my auto body days of taking a wrecked car and making it look new again.
I need to take more before photos, but I find myself just tearing into projects and before I know it it’s 1/2 done.
Patients is something I learned long ago in that if you rush it you get to do it again, so I take my time.

Customer had 6 new windows installed, so they called me to stain & clear them.

Just finished a quick garage painting project
Repair cracks on garage floor to prepare for 2 part
Rock Solid Polycuramine, added some decrotive flakes then added a clear coat over the top to seal everything up. Then patch and paint the garage and new shelving overhead. I think it came out great.

Needed more natural light. Cable railing can do that.

Hard work deserves a wind break, so jump in the truck and drive 2 days to my old beach were good times and wind provided a fix I can’t get in Colorado.
After skiing powder all winter it’s time to relax and go Fast across some water.
Thanks North Padre & South Padre Islands for another great trip
