24x32 Cabin with 2- 8x32 awning covered porches. Finished with painted LP smart panel siding and stained and sealed porches. Interior is pine tongue and groove on ceilings and wainscot that has been stained and varnished. Custom walk-in tile shower.

16x32 Cabin with 8x32 Gable extended porch with Natural Cedar Horizontal overlap siding. This floor plan includes 1 bedroom, bath, small utility room, kitchenette, and living room. We installed large picture windows for natural light and a custom knotty alder door. Porch ceiling is finished with natural cedar siding.

We completed this 960 sq ft Cabin Home in Sheridan, TX. It is 700 sq ft of Living area and 260 sq ft of porch area. The exterior is finished with Natural Cedar Siding and trim. The interior is finished with a stained beadboard plank ceiling and textured/painted walls. All trim is stained wood. Very nice weekend cabin for the family! We completed this 1900 Sq ft Home in Ganado, TX, elevated 4’ off ground with 1600 sq ft of Covered Porch area. The exterior is finished with painted smart siding with 1x2 trim every 16” for a farm style. The home accommodates 3 bedrooms / 2 baths and utility room on first level and a 12x26 loft area upstairs. This was a turn key project with us competing all interior/exterior finish including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, tile work, flooring install and cabinet installation. The interior was customized with exposed rafter style / shiplap on ceilings and 4’ wainscoting in living/kitchen area.

We completed this 1900 Sq ft Home in Victoria, TX, elevated 2’ off ground, with natural cedar siding, and 8’ of covered/sun area porches on 3 sides. We stained and sealed all of the surface on this home. The interior framing has 1 bedroom with large closet, 1 1/2 baths, 2 living areas, and an open kitchen area with large pantry.

We completed this 1200 Sq ft Home in Crescent, TX next to the Colorado River, elevated 4’ off ground, with 12’ walls, and a 7/12 roof pitch to accommodate a second level loft area. We had a 20x32 concrete slab with 8x10 corner to stairway constructed for a workspace under extended gable roof. The home has an additional 8x40 screened porch with stained floor. We also stained the 4’ wood skirting around home as well as stairways. The interior framing downstairs has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, an open shower area, and a utility room. The upstairs area has an 8x32 mechanical room and a 32x14 loft area with high ceiling. We installed the rough cold/hot water pex along with the drainage lines under the home and directed them to water and sewer areas, ready for install.
