New deck for this customer! Was able to reuse the joists and ledger as they were in good shape, however the posts had considerable rot which could have been a dangerous situation. I replaced the posts and installed new decking, new railing, and new stairs!

Yikes! This customer had some unknown rot from a bad toilet leak! Was able to find the rot, repair the damage and left it looking like no one was even there.

A customer recently reached out to me with a pressing concern: two window wells filled with trash, mud, and debris. To tackle the problem, I created custom hinged window well covers, thoroughly cleaned and cleared the wells, and added drainage rock to give the area a clean and refreshed look.

New garage for this satisfied customer! For this project, I undertook drywall repairs, finishing, texturing, and painting to achieve a cleaner, more refined appearance. I replaced the exterior door, installed a brand new storm door, and added a sturdy aluminum railing for the stairs.

This was a fun project this month! Customer wanted the sheet rock in his garage to be muded and taped for a better finished look. I taped the seams, and gave the whole garage a nice textured look. The customers loved it and they are going to paint it themselves!
