Latest Full Home Rehab @ Houston TX. This one consisted of all new flooring throughout the home (carpet and glued down wood floor removal). Installed Luxury Vinyl w/new baseboards. Scraped popcorn ceilings and replaced with medium orange-peel texture on all ceilings. Skim coated 3 bedrooms to a level 5 finish on walls. Painted home (walls and ceilings) 3 colors. Painted all cabinetry throughout home including Kitchen. Replaced closet doors in bedrooms and built custom closets (closet drawings provided by customer). Covered brick walls with drywall and added lighting throughout living room and other areas in the house.
