Had a customer call last week with a flooded basement due to a cracked plumbing adapter, we went in Wednesday this week and done a complete demo of flooring and trim, sprayed all surfaces to kill any mold that may have sprouted with the saturation, installed a new double vanity and all new waterproof flooring and pvc trim boards to protect the customers from having excessive water damage in the future. Thanks again for your business!

Wow! What a transformation, thank you Mike for the business, this job started off just replacing Siding and the smaller deck, during the siding install we found the garage door header completely rotted, got the header replaced and proper flashing installed. Four of the old wooden framed windows were also rotten and leaking so we replaced them with new energy efficient double pane windows. After finishing the siding we got power going to his detached Garage, installed a garage door opener and then installed an exterior door for easy access incase of an electrical issue.

We have a few minor details to button up but I couldn’t wait to post it, we took a very old and sad deck down and put up a new code compliant deck which resulted in one happy customer. Seeing a project finished and look so nice is a very nice pat on the back for us.
