This was a tough one. Mold that is black and completely rotten floors. I recycled everything I could (shower surround, pedestal sink and toilet). I had to build a couple of beams and install a couple of support post. The plumbing had to be reworked. A lot of elbow grease and sweat. In the end, I think it looks pretty good.👍🏻

Ceiling was coming down some of it was already down. I reworked and used the existing wood. We did not have to buy a a single board. Extremely large jigsaw puzzle. I had to pull all of the nails and glue a lot of pieces together. Plus use some wood filler. I also measured every piece. There was only one place that each board would work. It was an interesting job for sure.

Tore out existing header and installed new pocket door. Hung new sheetrock finished walls. Painted everything.

Job I just finished. Ceiling was coming down and needed a lot of repair. Installed 1" x 4" furring strips to joist to pull ceiling back up and installed new sheetrock then finished and primed.
