Got a call from a customer that his heat pump was not working. Went to the customer's house and troubleshooted the unit and found the unit was damaged due to a lightning strike. Advised the customer to get ahold of insurance and found out the indoor and outdoor unit was covered. We got the old out and the new in. The customer was satisfied. Jeremy Taylor Services would like to thank the customer for allowing us to handle his need!
