We’re starting something new!

After years of inspecting homes across Central Kentucky, we’ve seen the same issues come up over and over — radon levels that go unaddressed, crawlspaces that are damp or neglected, and indoor air quality that suffers because of it.

So we decided to do something about it.

PICKY CLEAN is officially up and running. It’s our way of taking what we’ve learned through inspections and turning it into real, practical help — focused on radon reduction and crawlspace improvements.

This isn’t a side hustle. It’s something we’ve built with intention, using what we know works — clean installs, solid systems, and no shortcuts.
