Started the build of a custom sofa table. Simple and easy way to put decor behind you couch and also added two power outlets with usb ports. Also added a little touch of cutting out the profile of the baseboards in the legs so it will sit up against the wall.

Just need to finish sand and stain.

Well the house is 99% done! The iron cross above the garage and above the front door area will be painted black tomorrow afternoon.

House came out great. Had a color change this morning. The original color we picked for the garage door and fascia boards was too brown. Didn’t come out like the swatch we picked.

Just finished another kitchen and bar remodel.

Removed the old granite countertops and backsplash. Installed new quartz countertops, new backsplash, added under counter light controlled by smart home dimmer switches, removed the old fluorescent bulbs and retrofitted LED can lights in the kitchen ceiling, added new USB port wall plug for the island, new countertop for the wet bar downstairs, and new faucet.

Got some more done on the kitchen remodel. Installed the new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, garbage disposal air switch, new LED can lights and a USB port electrical outlet.

Such a huge difference when you ditch the old screw in type bulbs and go to a more efficient and brighter LED’s!

Started another kitchen this week. Bo did an amazing job on the countertops yet again! Will be installing the faucets next week and starting the install of the new under counter lights.

Then Lathrop Tile will be coming in to do the backsplash.

Started another bathroom shower remodel. Lathrop Tile did the demo. I cut the shower valve out and installed a new one. Installed new drywall and framed in a soap niche.

Lathrop tile will be coming in Monday to start the install of the tile. Finished photos will be posted end of the week.
