I did just finished up this basement bath for a great client. He had a plan and needed me to execute it for him. Yes I did all the work myself with the help of my trusty sidekick. Well this whole house remodel was a long time coming. The client was not the easiest but thru the process she bent but did not break. The house was put on the market immediately and sold for at least 50k over expected. I want to say thank you to my team and all the hardwork they put in the long days paid off.
