We had a day sealcoating and restriping the parking lot at Wild Craft Eatery in Boone earlier this week.

This project involved more than just fresh pavement markings. We worked closely with the property manager to redesign the traffic flow and parking layout to improve circulation, maximize usability, and help the lot better serve customers and staff.

Projects like this are always rewarding because they combine maintenance with problem-solving. A well-designed parking lot doesn’t just look better—it creates a safer, more efficient experience for everyone who uses it.

It was a bad week to be a crack at Pleasant View Baptist Church!

Our team completed over 4,000 linear feet of crack repair, helping protect the parking lot for years to come.

We also had the privilege of assisting with an Eagle Scout project by providing equipment and training for the line striping. It was great to play a small part in a project that will benefit the church and community.

Came in after hours last night and knocked out a fresh striping layout for our friends at All Star Rental! 🚧

We timed it after hours to minimize any disruption to their daily operations. Started with chalk lines, precise measurements, and a design focused on improving traffic flow throughout the lot. We worked closely with the property manager to bring their vision to life.

This is actually our second time partnering with the All Star Rental team, and we’re truly grateful for the continued trust.

🖤 Asphalt season is BACK and we are fired up.
After a long winter, nothing beats pulling up to a freshly sealed driveway in the spring sun. But that finish only looks that good because of what happens before the sealer ever touches the pavement. Every job starts with thorough cleaning, crack routing, and hot rubberized crack fill. We find the issues, fix them right, and then we seal. No shortcuts.

We use Black Diamond professional grade asphalt emulsion sealer on every job. It lays down thick, bonds tight, and cures to that deep jet black finish you're seeing in these photos. This isn't box store stuff. It's the real deal and you can see the difference. We're just getting started this season and spots are filling up fast.

✨Wrapped this lighting project up earlier this week. Second project we've done for this family.
Every quote includes a free mockup (last photo). I enjoy that part of the process. Going back and forth with the homeowner, making adjustments, until we're both looking at it and know that's exactly what we want. By the time we show up to install, everyone's already on the same page.
Then it's on us to execute and that's where we earn it. Every fixture placed intentionally, every angle dialed in. We don't leave until it looks right.
Really appreciate this family trusting me with their home again. That kind of relationship means a lot.

Just wrapped up a really rewarding project at the Reeves Downtown School of Music, and I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone there.
The goal was a privacy fence that didn’t just function, but actually looked like it belonged. Something that would provide noise buffering during events while still being visually appealing from the road. The horizontal board design was the result of that conversation, and I think it delivered on every goal they set out with.

But honestly, what made this project stand out was the people. Everyone I worked with at Reeves was wonderful, easy to communicate with, clear on what they wanted, and just genuinely great to be around. After spending some time with that crew, their success doesn’t surprise me one bit. You don’t build something that good without the right people driving it.

Grateful for the opportunity and proud of how it came together!

We wrapped up a full restripe at Cedarbrook and completed nearly 4,000 linear feet of crack filling to help protect the pavement and keep the lot looking sharp.

Even this time of year, crack repair can still be done right. The key is prep. We used a specialized asphalt heating torch to warm the pavement before applying hot rubber crack sealant, which helps maximize adhesion and creates a longer-lasting repair.

Fresh lines and sealed cracks make for a safer, cleaner, more professional-looking property.

Big thanks to the Yadkin Valley Chamber of Commerce. for connecting us with this project! We had the opportunity to complete a full new parking lot layout for a new gym, 4realfitness that will be opening next Saturday!

One thing I’m really proud of with this job is how closely the final results matched the original proposal layout. From the hashed safety zones to the flow of the parking stalls, the site came together exactly as planned—clean, functional, and ready for their grand opening.
