We recently completed a project focused on enclosing an exposed ceiling inside a horse barn.

All insulation was covered with a OSB “lid”, or ceiling, to discourage birds from taking up residence, and insure that it stays where it belongs and lasts for the life of the building

This is project I was able to help complete in 2023 for Ponderosa Construction LLC

A complete exterior remodel of the existing home with a new covered deck that encapsulates the main entry of the home nicely, and a new secondary back deck both finished with Trex decking.

The house also received new LP Smart Side & Smart Trim for the whole exterior, a new composite shingle roof. This was an excellent project, excellent crew and was great family to work for!

A very fun deck tune-up project that enhanced the feel and function of this great outdoor space.

The project included new Trex Decking and Fortress brand railings along with LP sheathing as a skirt which would go on to be painted later to match the home.

A broken hip roof is created when the one or more “hips” are interrupted to form more than one trapezoidal shaped appearance as shown over the front door of this home. It is can be seen very clearly in the 4th photo in this post.

A porch addition that I had the opportunity to construct for an a wonderful couple; namely, with the purpose of making their life easier when the winter snows come. The added benefit is a sharp, custom entryway for the front of the house.
