Bringing a little long island beach to Ulster county. Sand was trucked up from the real beach to be enjoyed up here. Hopefully the families have a great time this summer. Fall time will be pulling proper permits to actually put sand below water line so we can get a sand bottom to play and swim.

Redo creek crossing much wider to get full size trucks across ✔️
Raise grade on uphill side of garage about a foot ✔️
New item 4 on drive around garage ✔️
New quality grass seed raked into soil covered with straw ✔️

Hopefully this area will be problem free for a long time to come!
