Today, I expanded the parking area by building a base out of fines, then adding some 57 stone on top. Then I built up an area in front of the loading dock for better drainage, if it ever rains again.

-1-2 packs of cube steak
-1 Flat iron, skirt, or flank steak

- 2-3 B/I short ribs
-one 2-3 lbs Sirlion tip, bottom round roast,rump roast
-one 2-3 lbs Chuck Roast
-1-2 packs of Stir fry
-1-2 Sliced Shanks
-1-2 packs of stew meat
-1 pack of brisket
-20-25 lbs of ground beef in 1 pound packs

Meats are in individual, vacuum sealed bags and labeled as to what cut.

*This is based on a 600 hanging weight cow
