BGood Remodel; the nearly 18-year-old design has been behaving well into adulthood! One of our first projects called for a new stair to a new primary suite. The stair was designed to house the homeowners vinyl collection and turntable. The attic-turned-primary suite incorporates new windows so that their pups Oscar and Gracie could look out from their beds. The design kept the old attic rafters complete with the old k**b and tube holes and captured new light. Great design doesn't age, but you can swipe to see the before photo and a much younger Sara and Naomi.

If you saw it on the Homes By Architects Tour in 2024, maybe you caught a glimpse of the black shou sugi ban siding and the melon-colored front door. Perhaps you saw the pink tile in the primary steam shower or the hidden secret room with Harry Potter wallpaper. Two.Fold is half magic, half enchanted and 100 percent fun. Just what the Dr. ordered.

Every client has a story to tell, and within our process we become their story tellers. After over a year of dedicated design, we hit a major milestone last week with the release of the 72-page CD set for Vitae Crest. We are thrilled to see this project move into construction. Designed to embrace its site, this two-story home features a linear layout that maximizes lake views. The design strategically utilizes the topography to allow for a main-floor walkout and a lower-level pool walkout both on the lake side. Interior highlights include a fitness room with panoramic lake views and a dramatic, two-story wine display leading up to a cozy loft, creating the perfect setting for the family to reconnect and share their stories.
