Big projects are great. Small ones can be very meaningful. We wrapped up this 10 window, one day project in Parker yesterday, and my client was very happy with the outcome. The original 30 year old, aluminum windows, were hard to open and extremely inefficient. We have her upgraded to triple pane windows that meet/exceed energy star standards. Tweaked the configuration to give it a more open feel.

Their original plan was to just do a few windows at a time, mainly because they had received previous quotes that far exceeded what their budget was, and we were able to come in well under what previous companies were at and get everything done so the never have to worry about replacement again.

Here is a beautiful home we installed in Highlands Ranch. A couple windows were damaged during shipping so we are waiting on those to wrap up the project but everything else has been installed and looking sharp.

The kicker is that the home is on a golf course. Did you know that our windows come with a glass breakage warranty that covers bad golfers? If you didn’t, now you know, and why I love talking to homeowners that live in a golf course.

Also covers rambunctious kids playing in the house. I’m just waiting for my own kids dinosaur to go flying at our window some day.
