What is a Presby Septic Sytem? Its a alternative septic systen using outside air to circulate throughout the system, creating different bacteria, that more aggressively cleans septic/sewage/efflunt waste water.

First and most importantly, is to know that a Presby system can both be buried deeper ( more than 18" of cover, soil between grass and top of drainage) and/ or closer to the water table ( within 18", conventional septic drainage requires 4' of space).

Why is this important, it can be a cost saving factor( no pump or electric needed), it can be used on difficult sites with high water tables( natural ground water fluctuating underground throughout the year), most of all can lower the drainage profile, so it does not look like you are trying to build a Egyptian pyramid in your front yard!!!!!

Septic systems are not going away....city sewer infrastructure can be costly to run in hilly or mountain areas, rocky terrain, areas of high watertable, rural areas.... most importantly, septic system when maintained properly, replenish the natural water table( cleanly through soil purification)

This type of system is considered alternative or advanced, simply meaning, your property has a difficult scenario to put in a conventional system, but in many cases these advanced systems give more options and also when designed correctly offer both curb appeal and properly treat waste water to protect the environment....

And became a beautiful gateway to the pool house with a shade/sun garden that even promoted the home to be used for air bnb rental for all to enjoy.
