This weather is crazy!! I poured the first two slabs the first week in December.
The home owner loved it & wanted their old slab taken out & new poured.

This was one of the most unique projects I’ve done.
When I met with the client, they had a pile of reclaimed flooring from an old home. They had refinished the existing floors in their home. They needed the reclaimed flooring installed in their mudroom.
After I had the flooring installed. I told them it reminded me of flooring in Park City.
I love the character of the different coloring in each piece of wood. I love it in this turn of the century home.

There's significant gratification in witnessing a compact, yet remarkable update entirely revamp a home's interior look. The previous flooring was in poor condition. We renovated with hickory flooring, and I think the outcome is terrific.

This little update turned out great.
I added siding over the dated stuco & added an eyebrow above the garage. I can’t wait to see the finished product after paint & a new garage door.
