Do you enjoy the location of where you live but find yourself not enjoying time spent in your kitchen. You seldom entertain friends, the kitchen is dark & gloomy too small and poorly laid out. 1. Expand your kitchen into the dining room which you seldom use by taking out the dividing wall making it an eat-in kitchen with a table, or perhaps a large Island with bar stools.

2. Remove interior walls where possible, make openings larger and higher so your kitchen and living area will be more open and spacious allowing more natural light to enter.

3. Add larger windows, skylights were possible, proper lighting, professional advice on colors and selections available.

Condensation:
Probably the most disturbing problem in a home is condensation. Condensation or the appearance of moisture that occurs when warm moist air comes into contact with a colder surface. Proper ventilation is a safe way to reduce indoor humidity and condensation. Ensure that the clothes dryer is properly vented to the outside. Kitchen, bath and utility exhaust fans can be used to carry moist air outside. Adjust the registers to maintain even temperatures throughout the home. Crawl
space vents should be open during temperatures above freezing.

Checking into some options for installing stone on an interior wall for a client. This stone panel is only 3/4" thick max. They look real and are only a fraction of the cost and labor time. If we get the job I will post pictures of the project after it's completion

We are remodeling our kitchen (finally) after living here almost 20 years. It is approximately a 130 years old brick farmhouse. The kitchen measures 25' X 12' with 8'6" ceiling height
