Restoring an old farmhouse in Newmanstown for Larry L Groff &Sons . From power washing siding and roofs to scraping and grinding the porch ceilings and posts to priming and finishing everything . What a difference it made . Last thing was spraying the roofs black this past week . Learned a lot on this job , thankful for the opportunity.

One of the more interesting projects we were able to be involved with . The restoration of the historic McCormick Library in Harrisburg . Interior and exterior renovation with a large addition as well . All exterior windows , frames doors , soffits etc were prepped and repainted a white Black combination. All interior walls , ceilings and trim painted as well . Project was over 1 year in duration and ended with the newly built fire escape being painted black .

Customer thru the years had several colors of stucco on the exterior of their home . They were looking to get all stucco painted to one nice even color . This lovely country home received 2 coats of exterior satin latex in a wonderful warm shade . What a beautiful outcome . Thank you to Tim , Rob , Kade and Rome for an excellent job .

Customer called with a restoration project . They purchased at auction an old entrance that was detached from a church to allow an addition out the front . The “gazebo” was sitting in the back for years . Customer moved the piece to his back yard by a pond for outdoor wedding ceremonies to take place . We ground all loose and failing paint away and primed with Peel Bond . Caulked up everything and primed white . Then inside and outside received 2 coats of Ben Moore’s Regal Select High Build . Windows and doors were taken to our shop to be primed and painted . What a neat project ! Check out LakeView Wedding Barn in Manheim . It’s a beautiful location with wonderful owners . Thanks Richie , Romey and Kade for outstanding work and my friend Bob at Grauers in Lititz for the paint recommendations .

Customer was having effervescent issues growing on interior cmu walls . This was caused by water migrating thru the exterior split faced CMU . We formulated a plan to clean/ remove any exterior mold or staining with power washing and letting the substrate dry thoroughly. After testing moisture content again we determined it was ready to be sealed . We flooded the exterior block with a Siloxane clear sealer . Next is onto the inside to grind away the effervescence prime the areas to level PH and apply a color match top coat of semi gloss paint . We also washed and painted a few exterior cmu walls . Removed the signage and painted the dryvit canopy entrances . Repainted all the doors and frames . Big thanks to Rob and Tim for the excellent work at New Joy Church
