Experience is certainly a plus, but what matters most to us is 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 and a genuine 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲.
