⚠️ Power Outage Tip ⚠️

If your power goes out, briefly comes back on, flickers, and then goes out again — turn off your home’s main breaker. This simple step can help protect your electronics from damage.

If power returns but things aren’t working correctly, shut the main power off right away. Appliances that run on 220 volts can “brown out,” which can seriously damage or destroy them.

Flickering LED lights are another warning sign of unstable power. If you notice this, turn off your main breaker and keep it off until power is fully restored and stable.

This project is really coming together. Electrical is fully roughed in, and the room has been expanded by an additional 22 square feet to allow the washer and dryer to be relocated inside the first-floor bathroom.
✔ New insulation installed
✔ Project is on schedule
✔ Dining room and kitchen ceilings being replaced
✔ New recessed LED lighting and all new wiring
During demo, multiple hidden junction boxes were discovered buried behind drywall — a code violation. These are being corrected properly to ensure safety and compliance.
