I am posting this only because apparently we have someone who doesn’t know the requirements on wearing gloves in a kitchen. FYI, I wear my gloves, wash my hands constantly. I do not for any reason touch anything without gloves. This is why we have an open kitchen. To give you the opportunity to see how your food is prepared!!! This is the reason for the ServSafe certifications. I frown on people making fake profiles to hurt anyone in anyway and I will not tolerate someone lying on myself even more!!! For all my customers, I apologize for the inconvenience and I hope you enjoy every meal we serve you!!

We are so very thankful with the new followers and the faithful followers and customers we have. My wife is “Live” shy so give her a couple more days. But we are on TikTok “Rudy’s Kitchen” .She goes on Live every time she makes the Pernil which is mostly on the weekends. We need yall coming back so we can’t make it all the time.
