Denver Attic Finish
Not every remodel begins with a clean slate.
This Denver project came to us after the homeowner experienced significant delays and quality concerns with a previous contractor. By the time we stepped in, the project had already reached drywall — but it was clear the home needed stronger project management, communication, and attention to detail to bring the vision across the finish line.
Our focus became simple:
Deliver the level of craftsmanship and coordination this home deserved.
From the radiant hydronic heated floor system to the custom stair detailing and wide-plank white oak flooring to the natural-light-filled loft spaces and fully reimagined primary bath, every finish was approached with intention.
One important reminder for homeowners:
Before hiring a contractor, always verify licensing, insurance, and registration with your local municipality. Many Colorado cities allow homeowners to verify contractors online before signing a contract.
For homeowners in Erie, contractor licensing information can be verified through the Town of Erie Building Division:

Beautiful spaces are built through planning, communication, craftsmanship, and accountability.
Proud of how this one turned out.
