Mark your calendars for a day of celebration at Hiwassee Sheds! Free drinks, snacks, and special discounts will be running from 10 A.M to 2 P.M. and a free lunch will be served from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. or while supplies last. Here by popular demand! We have a chicken coop on the lot! This 8x10 building was designed with your feathered friends in mind. It has a tall peaked roof so they've got plenty of flight clearance, plus a row of nesting boxes and roosts. A window in the back will provide some ventilation or leave it open so they can come in and out. This would make a great Christmas present for the crazy chicken lady in your life! Hiwassee Sheds is proud to be a sponsor of this year's Run for Their Freedom! Stop by the Cleveland Greenway next Saturday for some food, music, and a candlelight service to support a very worthy cause. For more information, visit willowbendfarms.org.

Run For Their Freedom is a 5k night race/1 mile walk with the purpose of raising awareness about human trafficking and the reality of it in our community.

This event is hosted by WillowBend Farms, Inc., a Cleveland-based nonprofit organization with a mission to restore survivors of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and sexual violence. Race proceeds and sponsorships are used to support this mission.

The seventh annual Run For Their Freedom will be held at 6:30 on October 19, 2024 at the Greenway in Cleveland, TN. Registration is open now!

We have some gorgeous new house shells here on the lot! If you're looking to add a tiny home to your property, look no further. We have a 16x40 with log siding front and a 14x32 with a framed out bedroom, closet, and bathroom. These are both built fully to IRC 2018 so they will pass inspection in most counties. Stop by and see these for yourself! We have traditional financing and rent to own available.
