Many of you know I pour my heart into SteffsSimplicities, but first and foremost I’m a mom. My son Jacob has a serious rare lung disease, and while he’s currently stable, he is slowly declining.
In March, we have a critical 5-day hospital and clinic trip that must happen before we can move forward with a lung transplant. There is so much more going on besides his lung disease, including significant weight loss, muscle weakness, GI issues, and other medical concerns that doctors need to evaluate.
I’m asking for help sharing Jacob’s GoFundMe so we can raise the funds ahead of time and have one less stress while I’m focused on caring for him during this trip. Even just sharing means more than you know 💙
