After decades of dedication to the plumbing industry and apprenticeship training, we want to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Jannie Daniels on her retirement!

As the Coordinator for the Area III Plumbers Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC), Jannie has been a constant source of support, guidance, and encouragement for countless plumbing apprentices. She has helped shape careers and create pathways into the plumbing trade, always ensuring apprentices had the tools and support they needed to succeed.

At Reynolds, we've had the privilege of seeing firsthand the impact Jannie has made on our apprentices and our industry as a whole. Her passion, commitment, and genuine care for the next generation of plumbers have left a lasting legacy that will be felt for years to come.

Modeled after National Signing Day, this event recognizes individuals who have chosen to pursue a career in the skilled trades and commit to their apprenticeship journey.

Please join us in congratulating Oscar as he officially signed his apprenticeship agreement and began the next chapter of his career. This moment represents a commitment to learning, growth, and mastering a skilled trade.

Our logistics team at Reynolds keeps everything moving behind the scenes, making sure our technicians have what they need, when they need it, so we can deliver a great experience for our customers every time.

From coordinating materials and managing inventory to handling last-minute changes, they keep things organized, responsive, and moving forward even on the busiest days. Their work is a big part of why our teams in the field can stay focused on serving customers at a high level.

They may not always be visible to the customer, but their impact shows up in every on-time arrival, every completed job in a customer’s home, and every smooth experience we deliver.

We’re proud to support the next generation while giving back to our community. Our team recently had the opportunity to volunteer at Pleasant Hill High School, helping students with the electrical wiring of tiny homes being built for local homeless youth.

These students are gaining valuable hands-on trade experience while making a real difference in the lives of others. It’s inspiring to see their hard work, teamwork, and dedication come together for such an important cause.

Thank you to the students, staff, and everyone involved in creating brighter futures, both through education and by helping provide safe housing for youth in need. We’re honored to be a part of it.
