Why Detailed Proposals Matter

A quality painting proposal should clearly outline:
• Preparation (washing, sanding, priming, mildew treatment)
• Products (brand AND product line)
• Number of coats (one coat is rarely enough for longevity)
• Scope of work

Be cautious of vague proposals and “too good to be true” pricing. Low bids often lead to:
