Another project complete this week enclosing this carport to add a nice seating area and to add to it we installed a fan to keep them cool while enjoying a nice drink or just enjoying family.

Before and after adding new post to stabilize this carport .With the condition of the carport and how it was built I had to make sure to add post at every Corner properly supporting all beams. To top it off I added knee bracing for support .

Before and after of restoration of this lanai .We did a screen replacement using 18/14 screen and replaced a door raising the kickplate up to the custom height to match existing kickplate height. Due to a contractor coming in and trying to repair a rusted wall on existing pool a catastrophe happen for these home owners …. it only was 2 weeks after the”fix” that the previous pool bursted and made the front wall of the cage collapse and to leave the home owners to hire another contractor to install a new pool and repair the cage . Now here is after LFI LLC comes in to do the right job.

Added some new railings to these homeowners entry ways to give them supports stepping up to that landing the poured at each door . Aluminum hand railings are way more sturdy and last a lot longer then vinyl , so if your having railings installed go with the aluminum rails you won’t regret it!

Here at LFI we have done it again for these home owners , we installed a front entry screened to the inside due to the ailing being in the way but not only did we make that work for these great people but we made a great choice by selling them some sunshade screen in the left side where the sun comes in the most .the color of this screen we went with the color stucco .
