Little cleanup work at my shop at the end of the day today and uncovered a duck nest. Momma wasn’t too happy but left it covered enough to keep it pretty hidden. Guess I’ll finish after they hatch and leave.

Second project of the day for a repeat customer was some stone edging to keep the backyard from washing away under the fence, some step stones through the fence gate to the back patio, and planting some things in the stone edging we did around the tree in the front yard last fall.

Visited a couple of job sites today, the last being the big job where we got the first few plants in the ground.

Downspout trenched, everything is graveled, w**d barrier down, graded, and removal done at the big project. Coming back in the fall to plant the beds. Owner is going to decide themselves what to do with the yard. This one turned out pretty awesome with the stacked flagstone wall, flagstone edging, and little dry creek. John Deere helped big time on this one.

Got a downspout trenched in today and some stone edging laid on the last side of this house at the big project. Little bit more work on the downspout tomorrow and some more edging, Dewitt, and trap rock and this phase will be a wrap.

Got the dry creek built at the big done today, another step in the process done.
