Flagstone Patio / Retaining walls / Steps

Beautiful upgrade for a great client. As you all can see on the Before and After pictures, our client had an old deck, pavers, grass and an old brick upper patio. We demo it all, our client then had a fish pond installed before we started our work and we created this beautiful backyard.

Every beautiful “California flagstone” was cut and customized to fit nicely, we created paths in the patios by using bigger stones that the eye would naturally catch, sloped the patio for water drainage away from the pond and re-did the upper patio by installing a retaining wall as well as steps. We also installed stepping stones paths around the pond and side of the patio.

Today we would like to feature this beautiful upgrade we finished about two months ago where everything was grass and a concrete patio.

- Removal of concrete patio
- Grass removal
- Installation of architectural slabs for the patio and side entrance (for easy access with trash bins)
- Gravel walkway installation
- Drains installation for garden areas
- Soil berms to create levels at the garden.
- Outcropping rocks installation
- Dry river bed at the front of the house.

Our client wanted a low maintenance yard, with lots of plants and an uplifting feel.

We would like to feature this beautiful upscale upgrade we recently finished for a client.
Before and After pictures.

Client had a failing retaining wall along with uneven steps that often created a safety hazard (client fell a few times over the years)
We also built a paver patio at the other side with an easy steps access.

Upgrade:

- Europa pattern retaining wall with two terraces.
- Europa Dover steps mixed with Jamestown Park and Plaza pavers.
- Stepping stones from side paver patio to fence entrance.
