Color drenching this dining room completely changed the feel of the space….moody, layered, and still inviting.

We leaned into a deep, rich tone across the walls, trim, and millwork to create that seamless, wrapped-in warmth that makes a room feel intentional and not an after thought.

Paired with warm wood tones, soft texture, and statement lighting, it feels elevated without trying too hard.

I’m a big believer that beautiful spaces should feel effortless, but they also need to work for real life. Kids, dogs, hosting, last-minute pizza nights… all of it.

Sharing Part II of our latest full home remodel project. This family room needed to work just as hard as the kitchen. Beautiful, functional, and actually made for everyday real life.

The biggest impact (and my personal fave) are the added custom built-ins for warmth, storage, and a little personality—because every family room needs those layers that make it feel collected and lived in. And honestly, a good record-playing corner just hits different. The new fireplace became the anchor of the space, with smooth coated walls as the finishing touch. The chefs kiss😚

This kitchen is where everything in this project starts; and for this sweet family, it needed to work a whole lot harder.

We completely reworked the layout by removing a set of stairs, relocating the pantry and creating a larger island that made way more sense for how this busy family actually lives day to day. The goal was better flow, better function, and a space that felt bright, elevated and easy to live in.

This is exactly why hiring a designer matters. Sometimes the biggest transformation isn’t what you see first, it’s fixing the layout, the function, and the way you’re home actually works for YOUR life.

My mantra is simple: beautiful spaces should look and feel effortless, but they should work hard behind the scenes-Especially when you add kids, real life and a dog (or two 😉) to the mix.

For this client, we focused on material selections only. Tile, plumbing, and all the little details that make a space feel intentional and elevated.

Our largest commercial project to date is officially wrapped — and she’s a beauty!
150+ light fixtures, all-new flooring, fresh paint, modern wallpaper moments, custom furniture, greenery upgrades, and tile that completely transformed the space.

Remodel Reveal | Part 2
This week I’m sharing the transformation of our Gathering Place Project. Next up is this guest bathroom—and it’s all about the details.

From the unique tile installation, removal of a wall, to the textured wallpaper choice, every element was designed to make a statement. We added a Toto bidet for extra comfort, double basin sinks for functionality, and plenty of storage to keep it all tidy.

A primary bathroom turned personal spa retreat. This remodel was all about creating a calming, spa-like atmosphere—and we delivered.

Can we take a moment and appreciate how clean and spotless this teen bathroom is before school starts next week? 🤪 Are my kids the only ones that leave it looking like a mini tornado came through when they’re done? No? Just me? 😂

Until then, let’s appreciate all the small tile details that pull this bath together seamlessly. Between the mix of matte & gloss shower wall tile, penny round shower pan, herringbone pattern floors, quartz counter tops…..all. the. pretty. CLEAN things!
