Choosing the right company matters — and hearing customers say they’d choose us again means everything. 🙌

“Sealtite raised our concrete patio pad and sealed the joints between the patio and the house. The crew was professional, efficient, and polite. We consulted four companies before deciding on Sealtite. We made the right decision. The price was competitive and includes follow-up work if necessary. We highly recommend this company.” – Bruce S.

One of the questions we often get asked is:
“What does your lifetime guarantee actually cover?” 👇

We believe standing behind our work matters—which is why our slabjacking comes with a lifetime guarantee.

In this video, Jeremy explains what our LIFETIME Guarantee covers and a few caveats that come with.

Our goal isn’t just to lift your concrete—it’s to help it stay stable for years to come.

MYTH: Cracked concrete needs to be replaced ❌

Truth: Not always.

In most cases, we can lift and stabilize the slab—even if it has cracks.

Replacing concrete without fixing the underlying issue can lead to the same problem all over again.

The real solution starts below the surface.

Why do we recommend sealing cracks and joints after lifting concrete? 👇

Because lifting the concrete is only part of the solution.

Cracks and joints allow water to get underneath the slab, which can lead to soil erosion over time—the same issue that causes concrete to sink in the first place.

That’s why sealing is such an important final step. In fact, it’s required in order to qualify for our lifetime guarantee.

👇Check out our 4-step crack seal process below.

A properly lifted slab should also be properly protected.

How does concrete lifting actually work?

Here’s the simple version 👇

1. Small holes are drilled into the slab
2. High-density polyurethane is injected underneath
3. The slab is gently lifted back into place
4. The holes are patched and the cracks are sealed
5. It’s safe to be used almost immediatly

No tear-out. No major disruption.

Just a controlled, precise fix from below.
