I’m a little late on posting this project. We had a lot of unexpected delays throughout the process. We adapted and overcame with communication with the customer and patience. This job included a substantial amount of unexpected rot repair, window and door replacements and or removal, new slab for 1 addition and in total 2 additions with new siding and flashing. Central Maine Home Services worked side by side with me and Newell Construction and Lawncare LLC loaned me a crew to overcome one of the delays.

I’m terrible about taking before pictures but this is a new 12x22 pt deck build with an additional set of front steps. Double picture frame with center and no but joints. The decking was installed tight since it was wet to allow for the proper expansion when it dries out. We also went well beyond what code expects because we want our products to last.

Our current project going on. The front porch is the first part complete. We tore off the remaining cedar shakes, removed the old house wrap shown in the picture. Installed new wrap, a little vinyl around 2 windows and corner and some fresh board and batten vinyl siding.
