‼️NOW HIRING FOR SNOW REMOVAL‼️

❄️ Winter is knocking at the door, and the first flurries have already made their appearance.
S & S Asphalt Paving & Sealcoating is preparing for the upcoming winter season and is currently hiring an experienced snow removal driver to join our on-call team.

This position is as-needed and weather-dependent, with work scheduled only when snowfall occurs. Ideal for someone looking to earn extra income this winter.

Position: Snow Removal Driver
Pay: $50/hr
Location: Local service areas throughout Augusta County and surrounding regions

Requirements:

•Valid driver’s license (required)

•Previous snow plow/snow removal experience strongly preferred

• We are willing to train the right candidate

•Must be reliable and able to report when called

•Strong time management and communication skills

•Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently

•Must be available for early morning, evening, and/or overnight call-outs depending on snowfall

•Ability to work in harsh winter weather conditions

Responsibilities include:

•Safely operating a truck and snow plow to clear parking lots, and state maintained roads.

•Applying salt or ice melt when necessary

•Following assigned routes and client service expectations
