Well after much deliberation - the team concluded that the Old Bay House had to come down. The beautiful siding was rescued and some of the wood flooring as well. So stay tuned as the project proceeds. The new floor plan is splendid and the house will have all the modern features we require while still maintaining the integrity and coziness we love. Redesigning space for better function and flow is one of my favorite aspects of the job.

Just a little fun with fabulous Sputnik from Arteriors...pretty sure electricians wanted to shoot us! Terrific scale in this dining room with wonderful cypress ceilings. Moving day just around the corner!!
