20% off kitchen refinishing!!

We have immediate openings – we added another crew and moved into a larger shop.

Refinishing your cabinets is a much less invasive way to totally transform your kitchen. It’s a 5-business day process, Monday, and Tuesday we are in your kitchen prepping and painting your kitchen cabinet boxes. Wednesday and Thursday, we work on your doors and drawer fronts in our shop and Friday we are back in your kitchen re-installing the doors and drawer fronts.

Our process:

We start off, by cleaning the cabinets, then sand the cabinets using a dustless sander connected to a dust extractor.

We apply an isolator primer that seals the cabinets and creates a surface for the paint to bond to.

We lightly sand the first primer coat, and then apply a second primer coat.

We will sand again and apply the first coat of paint.

We sand that and apply the final topcoat.

We can also have all new doors and drawers made for your kitchen for a completely new look – it is the same amount of time as painting.
It takes 2-3 weeks for the new doors to be made, and we will start the in-home painting after the new doors are made.

We can replace your countertops, as well as install tile back splashes.

Let us know how we can help you transform your kitchen today!

We base our prices off the total number of cabinets, doors and drawers. The easiest way to get a bid would be to send us pictures of your kitchen. Feel free to text the pictures directly to me at 612-470-4801 or email them to me at [email protected]

The kitchen is one of the most important rooms in any house - it’s where we prepare meals, entertain guests, and gather as a family!

Are you looking for a new look for your kitchen? We’d love to help make that transformation.

We are cabinet refinishers, not painters.

There’s a huge difference between cabinet painting and refinishing.

We use a two-component wood coating specifically formulated for cabinets (Ilva 2K), that’s our “paint”. The two components are mixed and give us about an hour to work with. Once cured (about an hour) it’s the hardest and most durable cabinet finish possible.

The application of the “paint” is the easiest part of the process, we spend more time cleaning and sanding than we do actually “painting”.

We start off by cleaning everything, we get all the oils, grease, and dirt off the cabinets. We then sand everything – there is no miracle primer, the old finish must be sanded off.

We apply a 2K primer that seals the wood and covers the tannin bleed through. Tannin’s are chemicals in the wood that would discolor a painted finish.

After the first application of primer, we sand it and then apply a second coat of primer.

After the second application of primer, we sand it again and apply our first application of the 2K “paint”.

After that’s dry, we sand it and apply our final coat of the 2k “paint”

We spray all the cabinet doors and drawers in our shop in Farmington, the cabinets in the house can be sprayed or brush and rolled – clients preference.

We base our prices off the total number of cabinets, doors and drawers, the easiest way to get a bid would be to send us pictures of your kitchen. Feel free to text the pictures directly to me at 612-470-4801 or email them to me at [email protected]
