The crew has been working hard on this property all week in Hastings, and the transformation is really starting to come together! 👏

What started as an overgrown yard in need of some serious TLC is turning into a clean, functional, and beautiful outdoor space.

✅ Installed a new artificial turf area for the dogs
✅ Installed a new ¾” granite walkway
✅ Refreshed the existing 1½” granite rock beds
✅ Cleared out the backyard of overgrown weeds, brush, and shrubs
✅ Added fresh mulch throughout the landscape beds
✅ Refreshed the entire front entrance with a new decorative 1½” granite rock bed and boxwoods along the front of the house
✅ Installed a drainage system to solve previous runoff issues
✅ Prepared and sodded the side yard where grass struggled to grow due to drainage problems

What’s going on Twin Cities homeowners 👋

We’re out in Lakeville wrapping up another landscape renovation project. This one involved a full demo and tear out, removing overgrown shrubs, bushes, and trees to give the space a fresh start.

Next up we’ll be installing bullet paver edging and 2” river rock to finish it off and bring everything together. Stay tuned for the final result — this one is going to turn out great.
