Our recent home improvement project focused on reviving this outdoor space. Dealing with rotted floor joists and a sagging patio roof, we took on the challenge head-on. We started by demolishing the rotten materials and poured a new concrete slab for the patio floor and outdoor firepit sitting area. Framing new floor joists, we then installed durable composite decking and handrails. A fresh coat of paint on the wood posts and ceiling completed the transformation. Get ready to enjoy the outdoors in style and comfort!

This project took this space from ordinary to extraordinary. With a stunning new backsplash and countertops, we brought a fresh and modern touch to the heart of the home. But that's not all! We made some clever adjustments, dropping the breakfast island to be level with all the other countertops for a seamless look. The cabinets received a complete makeover too, with new hinges, hardware, and convenient pull-out drawers for pots and pantry items. We didn't forget about functionality either! The addition of a built-in range vent and new lights transformed the ambiance and functionality of the kitchen. And let's not forget the laundry room! A brand-new cabinet wall with a broom closet and a fresh coat of paint on all the kitchen and laundry cabinets added a touch of organization and elegance.
