Hello my name is Brendan Greer and I’m a small remodeling company started a few months ago but I’m not new to the work here’s how I started. I got a 50 cent raise aha right? I’ve went through a lot of harassment from the bosses son lost raises for taking 2 month in advance days off, getting my car in mint condition so I can make it to work and all. So It wasn’t because of my work ethic at all because I provide great work at any point in time because it’s who I am.. and I was given this raise as if I was working in fast food or something after two years with an added chuckle from the bosses son as if COVID wasn’t already giving the economy grief. So me already knowing how to handle the discomfort and unbearable knowledge of this is what they think of me went ahead and took the necessary steps to make my own income. I vowed to myself if I ever hire people!!! I will not become like those previous bosses. I will be better, I am better. I wrote this because we all struggle on being taken serious in a world like we are in today. We want to be listened to and not heard, so do something about it step out of your bubble you and sn**ch some ears!!!! “I will be listened to is what you say”: and do your thang have faith and do what I did so check out my page book if you need work done!!! Share as well I work in the PNW area Nd I appreciate my work because it reflects my name and who I am as an individual!!
