Good Afternoon

First off huge round of 👏👏 for our clients they were everything and then some - they came to us after completing bathroom remodel and powder room remodel downstairs asking if we could do both bathrooms upstairs at same time. They offered to move out of the house in order for this to be done before Christmas …….little behold that is exactly what we did.

We demoed both bathrooms and the work began see below:

Kids Bathroom (Hallway and smaller one): altered plumbing to convert from double sink vanity to single sink vanity + coverted bathtub to complete stand in shower with now new detachable secondary shower head. Electrically we rewired two recessed lights above for two sconces above vanity and keep one recessed lights centered above sink. Installed new exhaust bathroom fan (there was never one to begin with). We had to reinforce old framing of shower ceiling since we removed suffit in preparation for new sheetrock. Installed new sheetrock outside of shower area where needed. Installed new plywood on old subfloor + wonderboard + self leveling (we needed 10 bags for both bathrooms). Installed schluter water proof shower system in preparation for tiling. TILING: shower walls are 2x10 “Shapes Ivory” with TEC power “standard white” grout. At bottom of walls and continued as baseboard around entire bathroom was 2x8 Botanica Sage with Mapei “Cavern Moss” Ultracolor grout. Shower floor/ Main floor are R&D Ming/Thassos with Mapei “Moonbeam” grout. Then we covered everything up for the walls to be painted with Bath & Spa Aura “Nightmist” on walls , white on ceiling and semi-gloss white on door and trim. Installed new Medallion Cabinetry 62” “Eucalyptus” single sink vanity with Kohler fixtures everywhere in bathroom with andy star mirror and millenium sconces, lastly Dreamline sliding shower glass enclosure.

Master Bathroom: Prepared plumbing for new free-standing bathtub and faucet + shower to be added secondary detachable shower head. Electrically prepared for new millenium chandelier above bathtub + new recessed lights everywhere else + new switches and gfci outlets. Once that was all done we had to take care of the floors + new plywood to strengthen subfloor (where needed). New wonderboard and self-leveling. Shower was fully prepared with new schluter water proof shower system and this time we added 2 separate niches. Once that was all taken cared of it was on to the tiling. TILING: shower walls were Calcatta gold wave + shower floors were 2” round Allstone Calcatta Gold Dots + main floor was mixture of 12”x12” Marmo Calcatta & Marmo Verde.

All stones in both bathrooms were cut from remaining slab at our supplier to all match as perfect as possible.

Lastly prepared wall & ceiling for painting Bath & Spa Aura “white” for ceiling “ Seapearl” for walls & semi-gloss white for trims and main door.

Install all Kohler fixtures + andy mirror + 67” Medallion Cabinetry “French Roast” double-sink vanity 😮‍💨

Lastly as part of work done by some plumber prior to us coming in we had to fix up and repaint entire ceiling downstairs in kids playroom. And next year we will be called back in for opportunity at their kitchen remodel project , stay tuned for 2026!

Good Afternoon

This is sad story with a great ending, unfortunately this homeowner got taken advantage by someone and was left in a mess. The person or persons said they could do everything from drywall and painting to bathroom remodel and lastly including hardwood floor refinishing……well that wasnt the case. Hardwood flooring is not like other projects for youtube and dyi courage to take on , it is very technical process, this carpenter or handyman didnt even complete refinishing and already started applying sealer upstairs 🫢

Last minute we squeezed this homeowner onto schedule and off to races we went. *woodfiller was done by us* we had to finish sanding upstairs, do some more downstairs in order to correct what was done before. Lastly prepare new railing & balusters with stair treads in preparation for following

One coat Easy Primer with 2 coats of Easy Finish “Satin”

* railing on this particular project was not installed by our team*

We also tackled another item off customer’s like by installing Style “Charleston Oak” 7” wide vinyl plank flooring and new baseboard in basement (for complete pictures check out our facebook) for completed look

Customer was so thrilled how easy it was to work with us and we completed this in two days. Once they found out that we do everything interior and some exterior work, they want to bring us back for more work

Good Morning Everyone,

Here we returned to client after recently redoing their master bathroom , to resurface their deck.

After demolition we revised the structure so it can be stronger, more code accepted, and provide better performance. Then we prepared to lay the deck - picture frame border = Dekorator “Khaya” and main floor/stairtreads = Dekorator “Sedona”. In the middle we gad some space to cover , so came up with beautiful idea (after internal discussion with our team) and did this picture frame with herringbone design and the clients love it.

Lastly it was time to wrap this deck - put in new dark brown lattice and custom gate door in bottom of deck for access underneath

After mutliple quotes , multiple deliveries of samples, after emergency tree incident due to mother nature, we have proudly finished this deck project in time for the holidays.

We were called in to refinish floors, steps, and install new railing.

As with any job we took the time to protect their cabinets, kitchen area , and anywhere else we were not working in

Refinished all floors and steps in preparation for Natural Finish, which means 1 coat sealer + 2 coats of water based “satin” polyurethane.

Then due to our schedule return with second visit to remodel their staircase with new newel posts, handrails, and black iron balusters.

In this beautiful house in Belvidere, we were called in to do two bathrooms.

Starting with first of two bathroom renovations, master bathroom.

We did selective demolition , replaced window / trim inside & outside , replaced entire prehung door set. After plumbing prepared electric, installed new bathroom exhaust dan with ventilation leading outside.

Prepped shower area with Schluter System - tiled shower and Niche with 2 x 10 Universe Ice Subway tiles with matching quarter round on the walls. Finished niche with tile edge trim.

Shower floor got Hex Geo Metrics in Gray and main bathroom floor got 2 “ Octagon with 1” Gray Dot Mosaics

Lastly grouted shower walls with “Warm Gray” and floors with “Frost”

Painted entire area with Bath & Spa Aura #859 “Collingwood”. Finished with new 18” Glacier Bay Vanity with matching Recessed medicine cabinet. New light fixtures above vanity and in ceiling

New baseboard, baseheat cover , painted the new door in white “semi-gloss”

Lastly in second of two bathrooms, main bathroom.

This was selective demolition - replacement of window & casing on both exterior & interior, replacement of entire prehung door set interior & exterior (hallway) casing. Closed up wall for on-surface mounted mirror instead recessed (like originally).

We waterproofed bathtub area with complete Schluter system. Installed subway tiles with 2-shelf niche. Installed hexagon shape tiles on main floor. Walls were grouted with Ultracolor “ Avalanche, and floors were with “ Biscuit.

Our team using Bona system (by the way we are bona certified contractors) reduced red & pink hughes in red oak hardwood floors and on top added 2 coats of .us Traffic HD “Satin”

Making this house appear as if customers got almost new white oak flooring
