FYI…. To all customer and people having pressure treated lumber projects built. Do NOT let that contractor talk you into staining or painting your project without letting the lumber DRY for at least 30 days.
If you don’t wait the stain or painting will rot the wood extremely fast. That contractor will waste your money. You don’t want a fence that should last 15-20 years to rot out in 2-3 years. Make sure you’re asking these questions at your consultation appointments.
If that contractor can’t explain why you need to wait at least 30 days to stain or paint, this is not the contractor you want doing your project.

We have seen a lot of “new” fence, carpentry, handyman and construction LLC’s pop up in the past few months. They’re staining and painting day of or day after construction, this is a BIG NO NO! Be informed about your projects.

FYI to all new or potential customers looking for a fence…
When choosing a fence contractor please make sure that company is licensed, has insurance, calls 811 and uses the proper materials to install your fence. And look into all these so called “warranties “ they’re offering. How hard will it be to get that company to honor that “warranty“.

It’s come to light that a few local fence companies are not following these guidelines and I feel bad for their customers.

Professional service for Quality builds is what customers should get. Companies that under bid to get the job and then take shortcuts give good companies bad names.

If the company sounds too good to be true, then it’s probably not the company for you.
