As I'm sure some of you are aware of, I have been workin here and there in the logging industry. With that being said I have been offered a full time job with a local logging outfit running forwarder. Although I do (mostly) enjoy the roofing and drywalling I do I have decided to take the job. I am just truly tired of dealing with so many people daily, and with material prices currently most people are expecting me to eat the difference my labor. As a business it does not work that way my materials have jumped 20 to 25% from last year. With that being said we will bid jobs I have told clients I would bid, and I will compleat the jobs I have been awarded. We do have room for 2 to 3 more roofs this year, but will not be taking any work other than roofs. Thank you all for the support past and present. I have just become too peopled out and ready to deal with just 2 3 of the same people daily.

A few changes I would like everyone to be aware of 1. We no longer will finish any sheet rock we have not hung. 2. Any patch work will be a $300 minimum due to time loss.

Due to our neighboring state of Michigan not allowing sales of lots of materials, and limiting travel even more now this does affect material availability. We are still able to get material in Wisconsin, but will have to go further to get them. This will slightly change the time frames of jobs due to having to go twice as far now. With that being said please have patience as we try to keep all clients happy and the projects moving along to maintain completion with in a reasonable time frame. As of fathers day weekend 2019 we will have been in buisness for our first full year. I would first like to thank everone who has entrusted us to handle their projects, and thank them for the business with out all of you this would not be possible. The decision to open this business was intresting to say the least the many unknows on how it was going to go and if it would work as planed at the beginning was quite unsettling. Here we are now looking back on what we started with to where we are now is absolutely amazing and excided my expectations for just one years time. So that being said to thank everyone for the buisness and support we here at DBS Drywall & Construction and also to celebrate our first year we would like to have a drawing type give away. Having been working in two towns this year Sheboygan Falls and Florence we will do two a $50 gift certificate for Knosh eatery in plymouth that will be opening there doors in the next coming months and a $50 gift certificate for Leffs sports bar in Florence.
