Sometimes the simplest things tell the biggest stories. ❤️
A tool bag. A pair of worn work boots. The end of another long day.
I look at our guys a little differently than maybe most people do. I know the hours they work. I know the heat they work in. I know how hard they push themselves to take care of our customers.
But I also know there are people waiting for them at home. Wives, girlfriends, babies, children & families who love the man wearing those work boots a whole lot more than they care about the work he did that day.
And maybe that’s why this picture means something to me.
We want our guys to do good work. We want them to take care of our customers & represent Tidwell Air Systems well. But more than anything, at the end of every single day, we want them to go home safely to the people who love them.
Because they’re not just our employees. They’re somebody’s whole world. ❤️

From getting the old equipment out to getting two new systems in place, it takes a whole lot more work than the finished product ever shows.
I am so very proud of this crew and the work they put in every single day — especially on these hot Gulf Coast summer days.
