Ayesha’s Graduation Cake. Chocolate expresso cake with chocolate ganache filling. Ayesha is a very talented and smart girl who just graduated from UC Berkeley and now working for Meta. I had fun making her cake. She chose the design and the flavor. But my icing on the cupcake is the compliment from my biggest food critic, my son. He gave me 10/10 for taste❤️❤️.

Cake to rescue. Yesterday I received this request that I have never got before. Someone was bringing the cake for her son’s engagement from bay area and the cake broke. I need to do whatever I can to fix it. The bottom tier was completely messed up. The top tier frosting was peeling out. I redid the whole cake outside. Remade and reshaped the decorative pieces. I hope it was something decent to present. A friend of mine recommended me. Thank you Nushrat 😇

I am so happy to be able to make this cake for my mentor who has decided to retire. Today we had a dinner planned for him. He was very happy to see the cake. I had only 3 hrs to do this. It was little sloppy and he loved it.❤️
